We automatically provide a registered office for each newly established company. The local authorities then send mail to this address if necessary and we then forward it to the client.
If you would like to receive regular business correspondence at this address and then forward it to your home address, or scan and email it, or if you need to send business correspondence via this address, you need to set up a Virtual Office.
We provide a Virtual Office service in all countries where we set up companies (except the Marshall Islands and Gibraltar), but we can also provide it in a number of other countries such as Australia, Bahamas, China, South Africa, Malta, Malaysia, New Zealand and Sweden.
The basic price is EUR 650 per year and includes the following services:
- Providing an address to receive your mail
- receiving mail at that address
- forwarding of incoming mail to your (home) address at intervals according to your wishes
- sending mail from this address
In addition to the annual fee, you must also subscribe to a minimum EUR 100 deposit for postage. The cost of forwarding/sending mail will be deducted from this deposit.
In some locations, you can also get a telephone number with an answering machine, your own (dedicated) or shared telephone number with a secretary who will record and forward incoming messages to you, your own (dedicated) or shared fax number (faxes will be forwarded to you at agreed intervals or automatically), or a telephone number where all incoming calls will be automatically forwarded directly to you (on your mobile or to your office in the Czech Republic) for an additional fee.
